*Sports massage is specifically designed for people who are involved in physical activity. But you don't have to be a professional athlete to have one it is also used by people who are active and work out often. The focus isn't on relaxation but on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.

*Physiotherapy treatments including: A multifaceted treatment program focuses on minimising or reducing the problems that can contribute to long term pain and includes:
Comprehensive physical assessment

*Acupuncture treatments: effective in a wide range of painful conditions and is commonly used to treat musculoskeletal pain for example - back, shoulder, neck and leg pain. It has been successfully used to treat headaches, migraines, trapped nerves, chronic muscle strains and various kinds of rheumatic and arthritic pain.

Some other situations in which acupuncture might be used are:
Functional bowel or bladder problems such as IBS or irritable bladder, and even mild forms of urinary incontinence.
